Use your right thumb to press and knead the acupoint between the first and second metacarpal bones on the left hand just above the webbing thirty-two times clockwise and then counterclockwise. Then, use your left thumb to press and knead the same point on the right hand thirty-two times in each direction.

Exercise 3

Rub your palms together thirty-two times until the friction warms them. Then stroke your face with your palms from the chin to the forehead, separate your hands and pull them down to your ears, and gently pull your ears out with your thumbs and index fingers sixty-four times. 

Exercise 4

Use your index fingers to press and knead the acupoints in the nasolabial fold a half a thumb width lateral to the wings of the nostrils thirty-two times clockwise and counterclockwise.

Exercise 5

Use your right index and middle finger to rub the acupoint located in the depression of the lateral end of the left elbow crease thirty-two times. You may also use your fist to tap this acupoint. Then, switch hands and tap or rub the acupoint in the lateral end of the right elbow crease.

Exercise 6

Use your left index finger to rub the acupoint located three thumb widths in the depression of the lateral aspect of the upper calf. Then tap the same spot with your left fist thirty-two times. Repeat this procedure on the lateral aspect of the right calf muscle.
